What will you do?
As a Steam Rental Project Engineer, you will support temporary steam boiler rental projects, being involved from implementation to completion.
Some of your duties include:
Assist companies with technical steam solutions.
Gather technical information needed to clarify projects, in collaboration with Sales Engineers.
Assist the sales team in the delivery of projects.
Determine the appropriate selection of plant, accessories, logistics and service support and coordinate with your colleagues to fully meet the needs of our customers.
Coordinate ongoing projects through site visits and ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.
Check with service engineers for proper preparation of installations and spare parts.
Consult and coordinate with external partners (carriers, crane operators, inspection bodies, etc.).
Follow up on remote and on-site project delivery.
Support service engineers by providing documents and additional equipment
Manage administration of temporary steam projects incl.
manuals, certificates, P&IDs, etc.
What do we expect from you?
Knowledge or experience in (electrical) mechanical engineering and project management is required.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Good understanding and interpretation of technical drawings and diagrams.
Clear focus on customer satisfaction; taking action when necessary to meet or exceed customer expectations
Able to communicate at all levels.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
A self-starter, with a positive attitude and a clear focus on high quality.
Competent and confident, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve results.
Reliable, tolerant and determined.
